Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Realogix platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Realogix ("Realogix," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, completing account setup, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for licensed real estate professionals, brokerages, and affiliated team members operating in compliance with applicable state and local laws.

You represent that the license, brokerage affiliation, and professional information you provide during account setup is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining valid licensing and brokerage authorization required to perform real estate activities in your market.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Notify us promptly at support@realogix.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

Realogix provides an AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) platform for real estate professionals, including lead management, communications, task automation, AI-assisted drafting and analysis, integrations, and related productivity tools.

Features may vary by plan, beta cohort, or release stage. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

The Service includes AI-assisted features that generate or suggest text, summaries, listings content, communications, and other outputs based on your inputs and connected data.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your jurisdiction or transaction. Realogix does not provide legal, tax, financial, or brokerage compliance advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated or AI-assisted content before sharing it with clients, prospects, MLS systems, or third parties.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: sending unlawful spam or unsolicited messages; violating TCPA, CAN-SPAM, fair housing, anti-discrimination, or MLS rules; scraping or exporting data you are not authorized to access; impersonating others; uploading malware; circumventing security controls; or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

You must comply with all applicable laws, brokerage policies, board/MLS rules, and advertising standards in every market where you operate.

Paid plans, trial periods, and beta program terms are described on our pricing page and in order confirmations. Fees are billed according to your selected plan unless otherwise stated.

Beta features may be offered on a limited, invitation-only basis and may change or end without notice. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You authorize us and our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes.

Realogix owns the Service, software, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during an active subscription or authorized beta period.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create ("Customer Content"). You grant Realogix a license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including AI features described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service may connect to email, SMS, calendar, MLS, CRM, payment, and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.

Realogix is not responsible for third-party outages, data handling practices, or changes to third-party APIs. You are responsible for maintaining valid authorizations for integrations you enable.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALOGIX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALOGIX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DEALS, OR LOST DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO REALOGIX IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued provision poses legal or security risk.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Before filing suit, the parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution by contacting support@realogix.ai.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we publish a new version, we will update the version number and effective date on this page and in our legal document registry.

Material changes may require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service. Your continued use after notice of non-material changes constitutes acceptance.
