Realogix ("Realogix," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered CRM platform for real estate professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit realogix.ai, create an account, complete account setup, or use our application and related services (the "Service").

This Policy applies to website visitors, beta applicants, account holders, and authorized team members.

We collect information you provide directly, including: name, email address, phone number, password credentials, license numbers and jurisdictions, brokerage affiliation, business address, timezone, market area, uploaded documents (such as IABS or brokerage forms), and communications you send through the Service.

We also collect CRM and workflow data you store in Realogix, such as contacts, leads, deals, notes, messages, tasks, and files.

Automatically collected information may include device type, browser, IP address, log data, usage events, feature interactions, and cookies or similar technologies described below.

We use personal information to provide and operate the Service, authenticate users, complete account setup, deliver AI-assisted features, send transactional notifications, process subscriptions, provide customer support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified data to analyze product performance, improve features, and develop new capabilities.

When you use AI features, we may transmit prompts, conversation history, CRM records, and related context to third-party model providers to generate responses or complete tasks on your behalf.

We configure providers to process data for inference and service delivery. Unless we explicitly tell you otherwise in writing, you should not assume that your data is used to train public foundation models. AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors — you remain responsible for reviewing content before use.

We process information as necessary to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), based on your consent where required (such as optional marketing emails or promotional SMS), and where necessary for our legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement) balanced against your rights.

During account setup, you must accept our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy. Optional marketing and SMS preferences are collected separately and can be changed where available in your account settings or by contacting us.

We share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, such as cloud hosting (e.g., Supabase), payment processing (e.g., Stripe), email and SMS delivery vendors, analytics providers, customer support tools, and AI model providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a merger or acquisition, or with your direction (for example, when you connect an integration). We do not sell personal information for money.

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. Consent records and audit logs may be retained to demonstrate compliance.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

You may opt out of promotional emails by using unsubscribe links or contacting support@realogix.ai. You may update profile and brokerage information in account settings where available. To request deletion or a data export, contact us at support@realogix.ai.

If you provide a mobile number, we may send transactional or service-related messages (such as account alerts, security codes, or workflow notifications) as permitted by law.

If you separately opt in to marketing SMS during account setup or elsewhere, you consent to receive promotional text messages from Realogix. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing texts and HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing the Service.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, measure site performance, and support marketing analytics.

You can control cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features. A dedicated Cookie Policy may be published separately at /cookies.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@realogix.ai and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Realogix is based in the United States and our primary operations and data processing are U.S.-focused. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we publish a new version, we will update the version number and effective date on this page and in our legal document registry.

Material changes may require renewed acceptance before you continue using the Service.
